Start with a real video example. Make one believable variation.

Our earlier AI clips often failed on the work itself: tools changed shape, parts appeared, concrete cured instantly or a completed repair reset. In one 46-clip review, a fresh reviewer overturned nine earlier passes.

We improved the process by studying real footage, checking the starting image, asking for less movement and cutting between separate repair stages. These are recorded production lessons; they do not guarantee a new clip will look real.

Start with one 4–6 second shot. Keep equipment and building shapes stable. Genjutsu is our next trial, not a technique we have already proved in production.

1. Download and extract the kit into a folder such as C:\StPierre\creative-kit. Keep its folders together.
2. Open that folder in a local coding assistant. Use Codex on Windows or the local Code workspace in Claude Code. It must be able to run tools and view images. A normal chat that only reads webpages is not enough.
3. Paste the setup message below. It tells the assistant exactly which saved instructions and checks to run. No knowledge of Akash’s old chats is needed.
4. Sign in to the needed accounts yourself. Verify access to one exact Drive video and Higgsfield. Do not paste passwords into chat.

Show that you can download one exact video I can access, extract and view its frames, and explain what actually happens. If a link cannot deliver the video, ask me for that exact MP4. Do not substitute a title or transcript for visual analysis.

Use the supplied Audio B and editing tools to make the practice render. Check sound, caption timing, crop and font. Separately check Higgsfield login and available models without submitting a paid job. Report each check as passed, failed or not tested on this PC. The kit alone is not proof of readiness. Ask Akash for the allowed spend before the first paid generation. Save the setup results in this folder.

Inspect the actual footage, explain the shot, choose the simplest generation route and make one draft within that allowance. Check it against the reference. Return the video, prompt, source record and any visible problems. If access or a necessary detail is missing, ask for the smallest step that unblocks it.

The assistant should return: a short shot breakdown, the proposed change, one draft when spending is allowed, and a review of visible faults. It must watch extracted frames, not infer the footage from the title.

If the example is a finished montage with captions, first find the matching clean source shot. Several cuts are not one continuous repair action.

If a Drive or social link cannot supply the video, download that exact MP4 and place it in the job folder. Continue from that file. Arbitrary Facebook or YouTube links are not guaranteed to work automatically.

For borrowed research footage without upload permission, have the assistant describe the idea and create an original starting image. A cleaned clip or “proven” filename does not establish rights or transfer results to a new AI version.

1. Choose and review the footage. Make the useful repair action clear. Reject distorted tools, unsupported parts and impossible movement.
2. Build the silent picture edit. Use portrait framing, keep the repair visible and cut between stages. The kit’s picture-editing tool prepares it.
3. Add approved narration. Start with Audio B and its script. For a footage-only test, keep the same voice, words, banner and offer. Other trades need their own approved copy.
4. Add the top banner and timed captions. The rendering tool uses the supplied word timing and caption cards. Use the detailed recipe below; the assistant runs the commands.
5. Watch the exact exported file with sound. Check readable text, word timing, visible repair and the final offer.

The examples are foundation repair ads. Their offer is “Free Foundation Inspections.” Raw B-roll is silent; the finished ad keeps its narration. Windows uses a substitute font unless the original is available—check the appearance.

Builder owns these checks. Akash reviews the first final draft. Mark each as passed, failed or not tested. Installation alone does not count.

1. Access: download one exact library video onto this PC.
2. Analysis: extract and view its frames; give a correct description with shot times. Record whether sound and full playback were reviewed.
3. Editing: render one practice ad with the supplied Audio B, banner and captions. Play the complete export.
4. Generation: verify Higgsfield login; after Akash sets the allowance, generate one short variation and review the downloaded result.
5. Handoff: deliver the playable MP4, source link, prompt, generation settings and credits, and a short list of any remaining faults.

Readiness today: the kit supplies the files and workflow. Local helper checks were run on Akash’s Mac; they do not certify Windows. The builder’s installations, logins, video analysis, practice render and first generated result still need their own receipts. No new paid generation was run for this guide.

The kit contains the saved instructions, analysis tools, narration, timing files, editing tools and templates. Full videos and the shared libraries remain online. Download the clips needed for a job; the ZIP is not a copy of the whole library.
